For returns, send us the item(s) you wish to return, and we'll issue the refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned to your original payment method. For exchanges, send us the item(s) you wish to exchange for FREE by using our shipping label. We'll issue the refund for the purchase price of the item(s) returned to your original payment method. We recommend purchasing your replacement item(s) as soon as possible as quantities are limited.


Start Your Return

1.  Affix the label you printed to the original packaging directly over the original mailing label. Make sure the merchandise and online packing slip are included.

2. Drop the package off at any UPS, FedEx, DHL, China Post, USPS, DPD, Maersk, Nippon Express, Ryder System, TNT, Expeditors International, Panalpina, Exel.


How long does it take to receive a refund for online returns?

You should see a refund in 7-14 business days from the day we receive the original item.
